The fitness industry has unfortunatley transformed into a quick fix, choreographed, and supplement driven business.
Achieving optimal helath and fitness requires consistency in innate human movement. We must first understand how the human body was designed to move, only then can we add resistance to build speed, power, and balance.
As your coach, it is my responsibilty to not only put you through safe and efficient workouts, but to also teach you a skill: The skill of proper exercise execution. The more we understand the why behind performing an exercise, the more effective it will be.

Clients being coached under my training principles can expect to learn the basic fundamentals of functional movements first!
When a client is able to perform all eight basic movements and training patterns, a more advanced program will begin. Variables such as tempo, load, sets, reps, chains, and complexes will be implemented in our journey to optimal health and fitness.
Clients will have the option between two payment plans: Monthly or Quarterly.
Days of week and time slots will be purchased in advance on either a monthly or quarterly basis.
Monthly Session Rates: 130$ @Swing KS | 160$ (Off Site)
Quarterly Session Rate 120$ @Swing KS | 150$ (Off Site)
Group Rate: 250$ (Max 5 people)
* If a client a client cancels with 24 hours notice that session will roll over to the following month if not rescheduled. If a client late cancels or no shows the session will be forfeited.
Payments Accepted: Cash | Check | Credit Card + 3.5%
